Telemetry Systems
It's no surprise that many Formula One teams use Telemetry Systems engineered and packaged by Quentor. Our service is based upon an unparalleled level of experience to advise, design and manufacture products to meet individual operating requirements.
Cases can be produced with U heights and unique depths to suit your equipment, and front and rear lids for easy maintenance and operation. Rack frames (19" or non-standard widths) can be supplied complete with vibration-limiting mounts for maximum protection of equipment. Quentor can install customer-supplied hardware into cases and make provision for electrical wiring by fitting uniquely-machined plates and dishes for connection interfaces. In-house machined trim panels and bezels can be fitted to the front and rear of rack frames to enhance the finished appearance.
Garage Cabinets and Tool Benches
Quentor manufacture cabinets specifically designed to meet the exacting operational requirements of individual motor racing teams and to compliment their garage styling.
The products perform a combination of functions. Typical equipment includes workstations, radio towers and tool trolleys for race engineers. Each unit is based upon a foundation carcass fabricated from lightweight structural aluminium honeycomb. Exteriors are typically finished with high gloss painted mouldings. All teams have different requirements but usually tool-bench cabinets may include storage for wheel guns and hose reels, power sockets, fabricated lightweight aluminium drawers, paper towel dispensers and waste bins. Cabinets are also available for catering, marketing or other engineering functions.
Track Shacks
Track Shacks are integrated transportable workspace and storage containers that are designed for convenient handling. Their uses include mobile workshops, stores, offices, meeting rooms, electronic areas and kitchens. They can be colour-coded to reflect a team’s corporate identity or to match transit cases. Additionally they offer endless marketing opportunities employing large scale graphics. Quentor’s customised Track Shacks are compatible with aircraft pallet sizes and designed to work with Quentor’s case palletisation programmes, which includes roof cases to maximise upper deck aircraft pallet space. Track Shacks can be used individually or linked together to provide larger working areas or "service villages".
Signature™ panels
Quentor can produce cases in colours to match your team’s corporate identity and also offers its' unique Signature panel™. This incorporates your logo or name embossed onto the panel surface for an even more exclusive look and as a means of enhancing security and identification.
Fabricated Lightweight Drawers
Quentor have recently introduced a range of high capacity weight-saving drawer products. Fabricated from a selection of unique extrusions and high-stiffness aluminium honeycomb panels, drawer systems are available as a stand-alone or replacement items, or they may be integrated into other Quentor custom products whilst individuality may be achieved by means of add-on front mouldings.
