Warranty Offered by Quentor Limited
Quentor Limited (Quentor) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship upon Delivery and then, under normal use, for a period of 12 months thereafter commencing upon date of Delivery.
Under normal use and service, every hardware element of the products will remain free from physical defects in terms of material failures and workmanship during the warranty period, or the product will be repaired or replaced (as determined solely by Quentor) free of charge.
Quentor provides 12 months limited warranty for its products only to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Quentor. Any returns would always be to the original Delivery address stated on the purchase order.
Quentor’s liability shall be limited to any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer's direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty does not apply, if:
- the warranty period is expired,
- the serial number label is missing or unrecognizable,
- the product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized personnel,
- the defect was a consequence of transit or handling damage or failure to follow recommended setup or pack-up procedures,
- the defect was subject to abuse, improper use, or environment conditions more severe than those initially specified for the products in question,
- the defect was subject to Force Majeure.

Definitions
Delivery: Delivery of the Goods shall be completed once the completion of unloading the Goods from the transporting vehicle at the Delivery address has taken place and the Customer has signed for the Delivery or when the Goods have been made available for collection.
Force Majeure Event: means any circumstance not within a Party’s reasonable control including, without limitation:
(a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster
(b) epidemic or pandemic, save for events arising out of or in connection to either or both coronavirus (the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)) and/or COVID-19 (the official designation of the disease which can be caused by coronavirus)
(c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations
(d) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom
(e) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent
(f) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident
(g) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts
(h) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors, and
(i) interruption or failure of utility service.
